BUFFALO 8 ACQUIRES EMOTIONALLY CHARGED DRAMA MONEY GAME, ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE, AND DEBUTS OFFICIAL TRAILER

LOS ANGELES (February 7, 2025) – Buffalo 8 has acquired worldwide distribution rights to the emotionally charged drama Money Game, written by Julian Lowenthal, Brian L. Cheek, and Daniel Washington, and directed by Julian Lowenthal. A moving story of resilience, redemption, and the pursuit of hope, Money Game will be available for pre-order on Fandango at Home starting February 21, 2025, and will release on March 7, 2025, across streaming and On Demand platforms including Tubi, Amazon, Fandango at Home, Verizon Fios/Vubiquity, and cable networks.

Money Game tells the inspiring story of James, a widowed father struggling to balance his hospital job, mounting financial pressures, and raising his two daughters. Amid this struggle, he finds an unexpected opportunity for redemption through a finance class at his local community college. Guided by Professor Gardner, a former Wall Street money manager, and Aimee, a fellow student with her own challenges, James learns to navigate the complexities of the “money game.” The film delves into themes of family, greed, corruption, and redemption, as James discovers his path to hope and happiness.
